John are you talking about the design software? if so it is downloaded as a zip file. Open your zip program, and look for the setup file. this will bring you to an instal wizard. follow instructions and close your zip program. The program shows up in your programs pull down bar, from the start button. If you are using anything but windows I cant help you. Good luck. Also, I hope you have about a million hours or are an engineer. This must be the reason we pay guys like nick for plans.
