Have you guys seen the strongback in the pic? It's 2"x2"x3/16" steel square tube, used as an external strongback here, but easily used as an internal one as well. The form brackets are 1"x1"x3/16", and the square U-bolts are 5/16". Got no worries about flexing with this dude. Cost was about $50 for all the steel, reuseable ad infinitum.
