My wife the quilter gets rotary cutters at the fabric store. Olfa is one brand name, and there must be lots of others. BTW, get some extra wheels. They are edge-hardened, so they last pretty long, but if you try to sharpen them you're wasting your time. It doesn't take long to grind through the hardened edge, and the annealed steel beneath it will not hold an edge.
