Chris,
Lookout Scouts. This is how it all starts. I think it's George Cushing who is always saying ya can't just build one, For me it all started as just a simple scout project and well......

Nearly 30 years ago I was a Sea Explorer BSA. The post master gave me two old broken down 1930's vintage Old Town Canoes to restore... Then for the post I built a 19 foot Luger Sail boat. Then it was 12 nutshell prams for a scout camp. then a moth and then a twin screw motor coastal protection boat from WWII surplus. That led me to an apprentice ship aboard a merchant marine freighter/icebreaker and through that I found kayaks.......

Its been 3 decades and what I learned in scouting stuck with me and so did boat building.

Right on Chris!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Keep Showing then how its done and turn them loose on the world.
They'll do ya proud
