Hello Angela,

I can't hide myself from the fact that when it comes to women
on this board the first thought that passes thru my sick mind is:
he is probably lying. he just changed his sex to make it harder
on us to guess who he really is.

such thought never crosses my same sick mind when it comes to male.

that's how deep my chauvinism is. :)

to business:

I used pygmy's idea for knee braces.

It's much easier to install than to explain how it's installed.

anyway, it's a long & narrow piece of somekind of very hard foam
with a cross section of a triangular, covered by a flat piece
of regular soft minicell foam that is larger so it is also glued to
the underdeck around the hard piece of foam.

I purchased it from them a year & a half ago & it cost then 7$
(or was it 7& each ? I can't remember).

I don't have an image of it.

you can easily make it yourself if you see a pic.

I think it's excellent, very comfortable, very ugly but it's not visible,
very easy to install.

I am very happy with it.

build less, paddle more,

Erez
