: I need a source for luan plywoon in the Portland, Ore. area. Any ideas?

In Olympia, I found it at HomeBase--Home Depot's big-box competitor.
But I check a few smaller lumber sources in the Yellow Pages, and
a couple have it and Meranti for a little less than the big stores:
$8.50.

It's Hardel in West Oly and the Ace Hardware/Lumber in Tumwater,
but I'd guess you can find it in Portland by calling the smaller
guys.
