I would like to say the shot was taken with a high end digital camera or even my film SLR with macro lens or ext. tubes but I cant tell a lie.

The close-up image was taken with a Sony Tr517, standard 8MM ANALOG CAMCORDER. Camera was tripod mounted, available room light (flourscent), exposure and focus were on auto setting.
