Just a note. With Les' method you'll have to lengthen the boat to maintain the same entry/exit shapes. If you want to maintain the length you'll have to progressively work your additional beam out over the length of the hull. This will change the prismatic coefficient and make the hull less fine in the ends. This may effect you seal kills. The trade-off is greater carrying capacity and form stability. But, these trade-offs are what design is all about.
