I had some trouble here when I built my Prospector. The end or stem form should sit below the height of the first station mold by the thickness of the inner stem after you have made the rolling bevel. I never could figure out the elevation of the end forms but I adjusted as above and the canoe turned out fantastically. Bet you can't build just one boat! I'm planking the deck on my Guillemont right now. You might also try the question at http://www.bearmountainboats.com/peertalk/
