Hi Ed & Risto;

It weighs in at exactly 1.8 lbs, 0.9 lbs less than my euro-style. It's 3-1/4" wide at the ends, and 84" long. I was thinking of trying a tung oil based product also, but I still have a lot of that gallon of spar varnish I bought on close-out at Walmart for $6, and I didn't want to waste it . . . :)
