if i remember correctly, the light generated inside a flourescent bulb is in the UV range, but then the glass is coated with phosphors which absorb the UV light, then release it in the visible spectrum. this blocks most of the UV light and puts it into a more useable form which the eyes can see. unless your lights are on all the time (i would assume they are on far less then the amount of hours the sun is out), there would be no significant risk to the epoxy...

can anyone else verify?

: My kayak is hanging from the ceiling in the basement and is about 1 foot away
: from the fluorescent lights. Do I need to do anything to protect the kayak
