Email me back and I'll send you the page from my building manual that describes it in detail.

It's easy- use 2 inch tape and fasten it to the hull sticking half way up in the air with a dab from the glue gun every 6 inches or so. all the way around the hull. Put the deck on making sure not to pinch any of the tape pushing it in with a knife etc. Lay the kayak on it's side and wet out one side at a time with a brush on a stick for reach etc. Let it cure overnight and do the other side.

fairly painless.
