Still working on my first boat, the guillemot single.

I can relate with the form alignment concern, I think I spent a whole week stressing about whether I had everything lined up correctly. At one time I had 6 string lines down different sides of the boat including 2 through holes I drilled in the forms on the DWL 2 inches either side of center. Still when I got a few strips laid up there was one form that was off. I unscrewed it and moved it until all looked good again. I wondered about mounting one of those cheap laser pointers on one side and shining through the holes on the DWL. Probably overkill.
