strip glue choice and progress

I keep getting closer and closer to starting actual constuction on my Redfish Return.

Just got all the plywood cut out for my box beam. Its 6" x 6" and made from 3/4" BC grade plywood. My forms have been cut for a while out of the same 3/4" ply.

For gluing strips, is the original Titebond pretty much the best glue to use? I have seen the problems associated with TB2 but how about the Elmers Professional grade wood glue (the stuff in the cylindrical shaped bottle) not their old style wood glues?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
