Not that I'm that invested in my own opinion, but I say give the man what he so obviously wants -- deny him access. Then he can rant and rave (in other arenas) about how you violated his 1st Ammendment rights. He'll be happy, we'll all be happy, and anyone interested in his opinion can always search his contact info out in the archives...
