I do a lot of white water boating where a tight fit is citical. That requires lots of custom outfitting. I use 3-M super weather strip adheasive from the auto parts store and have never had bonding problems (plastic to minicell). The boat has certainly gotten wet (thrashed) and all is well. Just follow the directions on the tube and rough up the plastic a little with sandpaper. Enjoy your comfy bottom, Steve
