Hi Todd,

I'm not sure if LT has a spline function, but I'm pretty sure that it has a poly line function which works close to the same way. Or you might get a piece of plywood, say 2'X2' grab a rafter square draw a center line and 1" reference marks along two edges and pick your offsets that way. say your height is 1 1/2" and your half breadth is 2" go to the bottom of the piece of plywood find the marks two inches out from the center line set your square up on then and mark 1 1/2" inches up on the blade of your square and on and on and on . Then spring a spline through your marks, strike a line and there is your form outline. Lofting is kind of fun, but it is time consuming and if you only do the front view without checking it against a top view things can get pretty weird, but with a corrected table of offsets one view is usually ok.Hope this helps.
