Waterproof wood shelter

Hi Guys,

I need to build an outdoor home for my kayak out of wood for year round shelter from the elememnts. My question is - how waterproof will an epoxy/plywood "shed" be for my yak under those extended circumstances... will the epoxy give way and let moisture seep in causing mold and mildew damage? I need a year round waterproof - wood constrcution - shed for my yak. How waterproof is epoxy under these circumstances? I mean will it eventualy allow moisture to "bleed" thru? {It will be painted with marine paint after its built].

Thanks,

Pete
