......feather boards and lots of small test strips worked for me too. It took more time to set everything up properly then to actually rip the strips. The care in making sure everything was set up right was worth it. My strips came out very nice. I was also fortunate enough to have two routers and made a table incorporating both cove and bead at the same time (one pass). Again with multiple feather boards and testing ...adjusting...then testing again....the actual milling time was less then the set-up.
