That's the one downside of this hobby - where to store the end result. After this past year's crop (Wee Lassie II and SK S&G), I had to get creative with storage. The WLII found a home in my office hanging from the ceiling (I'll post a picture sometime), and I just schemed a way to cram the S&G into the garage along with the 4 other boats and 2 cars. To my wife's horror, I'm starting yet another boat with no clue with where I'll store it. (anyone want to buy a gently-used Dagger Edisto?)

You can sell your boats (if you can bear to part with them), but when you add in the sentimental value, you may have difficulty getting the price you want. Better start building storage racks.

: HI all, I have just finished my first S&G yak (an artic tern). I had such a

: feeling I'll be building more yaks in the future. My question is......what
: am I going to do with all the boats I'll have. Is there much of a market
: for them out there should I chose to sell them? Or can a homebuilt be only
: loved and appreciated by it's builder? I must admit it would be nice to
: make a little cash from one of my hobbies rather than spending so much
: money! Any thoughts?
