Any homemade Squeedunk Cormorant kayaks

I was looking at Squeedunk's web site and came across the information for building a Cormorant 16 including offset tables.
Has anyone had a go at building one of these at home from this information if so I would like to know how it went as this is a very nice looking kayak but as it costs about $5000 Aus. dollars I would like to build one myself.
I made a quick model of it and it seems to fit together very well.
