I have a problem getting a tight seal on my hatches. I tried using Ross's internal bungie hold down's ( great idea ) but my hatches don't match the deck's curvature( length is OK, width is the problem ). These are flush mounting covers, that will sit on a plywood lip epoxied underneath the hatch opening. The archives talk about using bolts or webbing to hold hatches down. I'm not sure what to try. How do I attach the web hold-downs to the deck? By screwing them in or maybe epoxy glue? If bolts are the way to go, I can re-read the archives.
