I built my North Bay outside two years ago. We were having a pretty mild winter so I figured it wouldn't be bad. About half way thru it started to snow (of course). I used a fast cure epoxy from West Systems and covered it whenever I wasnt working on it. If the epoxy wasnt curing I put a space heater under the tarp and had no problems. The Boat came out fine. The biggest problem I had was glassing. It seems The sun heating the wood causes some outgassing and I got a lot of bubbles. Next time I will use a sealer coat of epoxy first. I built in the middle of a Northeast winter so it can be done.

Good Luck!

John
