In Response To: Jello skin solution (Jim Eisenmenger)

I use aluminum foil instead of saran and it's always worked well for me.

: I'm not sure if this will work if your entire contents are jelling, but it
: works to prevent the skin of jello that develops on top of the varnish.
: Set your can on a piece of saran wrap and cut around the can. Drop the
: saran wrap circle on top of your varnish. The saran wrap is wasy to fish
: out the next time you open the can, and you should have no jello skin.
