I was trying hard to think of things used to keep latex from sticking to latex - all I can think of is the cornstarch or talc powder used in thin latex products like gloves or balloons. Perhaps a dusting of powder, such as silica fume or microballoons on the foam that you don't want to stick might "fill the texture of the foam and bond to the residual adhesive"? or perhaps a silicone spray? Does your company have anything to prevent door seals from sticking to the frames, or am I thinking of the wrong company? I'm sure someone will come up with something better, but if you try one of the above, -outside & with a respirator!
