Well, I'm excited about this new project. After discovering this Bulletin Board I have confidence I can tap into the brains and expertise of all of you who've "been there and done that" if I get into a bind building this kayak. I also ordered the book and paddle plans. I recently got a digital camera, and will be documenting my progress and sticking the pix up on my website. I'm really impressed with the photos from you guys that have recently completed kayaks (Greg, Doug). I kayak about 3-4 times a week, as I live 1200' from Penobscot Bay on the Maine Coast. You'll be hearing from me as I get started on my project.
