help - my feet fall asleep

Hi - My husband just finished building my a wonderful kayak, Pygmy's Arctic Tern. Today we went out and much to my distress, my legs and feet were falling asleep/pins and needles, etc. in no time. I'm not sure if this is the seat or where my leg braces are placed - I just know that there is some nerve impingement going on that is making me miserable. Can anybody offer a suggestion? I'd really appreciate it. Toni
