Hi Brandon,

I built 2 Pygmy kits last winter and it saved lots of time by building them at the same time. I built a long table to work on. I had the hull of the first one glassed and off the table before I started the second. I was also able to do some stuff like glassing the bulkheads, cockpit coaming, etc. ahead of time so they were ready to be installed when I reached that point. Hope this helps.
