Steveston Marine in either Langley or Steveston (Richmond) carry Z-Spar. I personnally use Flagship as opposed to Captains as I get better results. It is a bit more expensive, but worth it. Don't know of anywhere in the Okanagan that carrys it but next time you are in the mainland you could get it. E-mail me if you like as I get over fairly often on business.
