I am a pro!!!!!! I mean I have a briefcase, it actually has stuff in it too!!! like pens and paper and an estimate book for the woodworking aspect of The Bear Paw Canoe Company, and pictures, and a calculator, and a tape measure, and even a clipboard.... So I'm now giving public notice that my prices are now 800% higher than they were yesterday. :-) I like the amatuer status of my boat building company.... I would never have to give a presentation with slides and an overhead projector. Working on my Criminal Justice degree some years ago a teacher who also happened to be the chief of police, asked us if we knew what defined a professional and of course lots of people responded with characteristics like professional degrees, well studied in their field, etc. etc. His response was that a professional was someone that had a slide show and had travelled at least 50 miles for their presentation. :-) A little cynical but it bears alot of truth. Thanks for the compliments. The boat show turned out to be a surprising success in both exposure and in sales. Hell I even sold a canoe book shelf during the thing!! Doug
