Sorry, That is my store-bought (spare) paddle. Next project for me is to varnish this boat, and make at least a couple of paddles. I am considering a pair of greenland style paddles (full length and storm), or maybe a conventional touring style paddle. I have at my disposal some fairly clear cedar that I could use for the greenland paddles, and a very straight cedar closet rod that I could use for a shaft for something. Or I could shop for wood. I'm still in research mode at this point.
