In Response To: Doubled Progress update. (Derek)

: Well, it’s been a long 7 months, over 450 hours invested. I’m happy to report
: that the kayaks are almost ready to go. The last coat of varnish is nicely
: curing. A few more small details need to be attended to, such as hatches,
: end pour, mounting the seats, varnishing the paddles. Still waiting for
: that darn rudder to arrive (come on hurry up guys. I know your watching).
: We are planning on a quick 100 km run down the river in a few weeks to
: test them out. Can’t wait to get them wet.

: Thanks to all of you, who contribute to this board, your help has been
: invaluable.

: Derek dear derek,

have been watching your progress building the kayaks. boy you work fast and they look terrific. thought you might want to see another guillemont double that i just completed. it took me 307 hrs to complete
