most automotive parts stores will have the "paint" used in restoration of dashboards and plastic trim. i have used this for changing color or covering small cracks ie: scratches on the back of a fold down bucket seat from climbing into the back seat. that should work on the plastic. the other one i would try a two part paint that will work with out primer and scuff the surface first air brush the design on then polish everything with 600-800-and rubbing compound. shawn
