: hello everybody,

: I'm trying to match a spray skirt to my coho.

: I tried "harmony" large. the size of the cocpit is fine, but the
: size of the torso is way too big,

: so I tried the "harmony" medium. same cocpit, but the torso fits
: me. the problem is the location of the torso on the skirt, it's located to
: much to the front, so if I bend a little backward, it opens. so it doesn't
: work. it takes in loads of water.

: I figured I could go on & on until "someday" I'll find the
: right connection between me & my kayak (sparay skirt), or..... I could
: ask for your help.

: I was hoping to get a skirt without shoulder straps, but I'm begining to
: think I'm wrong, because I realised nothing will keep the skirt up like
: shoulder straps, & keeping it up is the best seal.

: any help appreciated

I too got my Coho spray skirt from Take it Outside. All I had to do was make a paper outline of my cockpit opening and measure where the tunnel goes. I think the instructions are on their website. I had the skirt in about a week and it's great.

Hope this helps, Bill
