Okay, here's the info. The product is Phaltzgraff Stoneware and Porcelain Cleaner. The label had an order number: 1-800-999-2811. My wife bought our bottle at a Phaltzgraff store (go figure).

I'd like to reiterate that I've never tried this product on paint. Perhaps through the order number you might be able to get through to a customer service who could provide some info.
