Northwest canoe company (northwestcanoe.com) - Great place you have to go there sometime and talk to Ken and Al. It is a great shop and they are very familiar with cedar strippers. With Al, call before you go 651 229 0192.

The Boat House - Dale is also great. He is located on W 7th (St Paul) just a block or so from the old brewery. 651 292 1148 a web site coming soon. He has the best hours. Dale is allergic to cedar so he builds and sells mostly S&G but he has a nice selection of restoration boats.

Ketter - is in Brooklyn Park, if you are a member of the Minnesota Canoe association I believe you get a discount. 612 560 3840

I have been to all three. My two favorites are Northwest Canoe and the Boat House. They are always willing to help. Dale has the best selection of supplies for a kayak.
