I'm new to the forum, but have found the discussions to be of great value. For those of you working from Linux/Unix systems, I wrote a Python script to thread the daily e-mail listing of new postings together into individual message threads (so instead of being organized chronologically, the messages are parsed and organized by subject matter). I know the URLs in the e-mail allow you to see the thread a message is in, but sometimes using a browser is inconvenient or impossible (like when locked behind a corporate firewall!). Although I wrote it on a Linux machine, it should work with little modification on any Mac or Windows computer with Python installed, too, although I haven't tried it yet (I hope to sometime this week). I'm not a programmer by trade, so if anyone has any suggestions on making it better in any way, I welcome their input. You can grab the script at the URL listed below.
