Hi Fritz, You have many options that all work just fine. I have heard of people breaking off the wood type that stick up off the deck. But you can probably break the type Eric and I make as well. It all boils down to appearence and personal likes. I personally like the looks of Eric's fittings over all I've seen. They go with a wood boat very nice!
