hey tony... I built a form fit fibreglass seat in my latest boat. it was the easiest piece of fibreglass molding I have ever done... and it;'s damn comfortable. waht I did was to get a box about the size of my A$$ and then I lined it with plastic as not to make a mess. then I filled it partially with sand. not all the way but just most. then took a seat in it. taking into account that I may be wearing a wet suit or dry suit I weiggled around a bit to make the seat a little bigger. so when I stood up I had a perfect mold of my A$$... I then covered the sand with a bit of sarran rap and p[ut down 3 layers of 6 oz. glass. I let it dry over night, then use d a little expany foam to fill the bottom of the seat. then I put it in my boat and shved the foam down in places till it fit just right. then I just used a little foam cement to glom it in place... and covered it with 1/8 th inch minicell... if you ask me it's the most comfortable seat I can imagine. I came up with this idea one day sitting in the sand next to lake michigan. I discovered that f you kinda wiggel around in the sand a bit you can sit there for hours and ot feel like you have been sitting long at all. camping on sand is great because it is the prefect support. Hope this helps DAVE

PS yes I'm done rambling now
