Well I finally got some pics scanned and uploaded. Here is my Guillemot S&G, It's my first boat. I decided to paint it after the glass went on and the slight difference in panel colour became a large difference, the whole thing looked distinctly home made. I guess thats what happens when you buy the cheap ply.

Up close it now looks like a professional job, I made the coaming from 1" mahogany stock and the hatch covers are finished with laquered veneer, so you can still tell it's a wooden kayak.

It has good initial stability and paddles great, and the hatches don't leak (yet).

I've spent the last day or so learning this html business, and have posted a few more pics at my new page. the Image quality is not all that great, I'll have to get the pics re-scanned by someone who knows what they are doing (ie. not me).
