Hi Frank--that's the beautiful part--epoxy doesn't stick to polyethylene! You don't need anything. I made a curved form for laying up fiberglass paddle blades with the side of a 5-gallon bucket--after layup, the blade just popped free with a nice, shiny surface underneath.

A little Meguiar's or Johnson's paste wax might make it release a bit easier, but not much preparation should be needed.

What are you planning to use for bulkheads--minicel?
