That is the problem with Tripod. They won't let you "remote load" JPEGs because they said it causes a drain on their system (you can do GIFs though, because they are smaller). I spent hours and hours of frustration before I finally figured this out. Now I'm trying to switch to geocities too, but I am having trouble uploading my sites (created with MS Frontpage--they say it will work but so far not...). Ahh the joys of computers--if only i spent as much time in the work shop, sigh...
