Why not make a piece that fits over the bow end of your existing boat, like a cap. The front part of this "cap" would have a upswept shape that paralleled the existing bow shape, the back end would be hollowed out to fit neatly over the existing bow. Epoxy the thing on, then fill, sand and plane to get the lines of this 'cap' to flow smoothly into the lines of the boat.

This is somewhat like attaching an exterior stem on a strip canoe or kayak, except those usually are anchored with screws that go into an internal prow piece. If you have not yet attached the deck, you can fit a piece of wood to the inside of the bow, and use that as an anchoring point, allowing you to make a new front end for your boat with the split bow (or bifurcated bow) that you desire.
