Hi Marcello;

Good point. I have been using Titebond II, a water resistant glue. I came upon this "panel steaming" technique when the strips got a litle away from me in the tighter twists of the stern. The panel was pulling away from the station, and there was too much tension for a hot glue joint to hold while I continued stripping. So, I clamped it in place and did the steam & hot air routine. When I popped the clamps off, the panel remained tight to the station. I was elated!

The glue joints don't change at all - I was hoping that an errant (offset) strip might relax into better alignment, but no such luck! ;-)

Best Regards, Spidey
