Defthane polyurethane

In an article in Feb 2000 WOOD Magazine, "Crafted in Carolina" (Wood Song Canoes), seven or eight coats of Defthane exterior polyurethane are sprayed on "everything". Anyone know if this finish is ultraviolet light proof? Thanks.
