Hi Hank;

I have both the Grizzly bits and a router table, but have not had to mill even one strip thusfar. The bevels are so easy to do that the time spent doing them is insignificant compared to "other" setup times. It might take me 30 mins to install a strip, with 5 min tops spent on beveling. Hey, I'm a slow novice . . .

I'll have some new pix up soon (been very busy with stuff that gets in the way of kayak building) but I have started stripping down from the keel, and met the worst bevels I should see with no problems. A few swipes with a Stanley Surform scraper does the trick.

Hey, we'll still be friends if you route your strips . . . 8-)

Best Regards, Spidey
