I am on my second strip project, a Greak Auk, using aliphatic glue (Titebond). This glue sets quickly, usually I can apply strips to one side, then go to the other side of the kayak and by the time I come back to the first side the glue has set enough to remove the clamps. (stapleless construction) I suggest cleaning up as much of the glue as you can as you go, saves having to deal with hardened glue drips. Another formula is Titebond II a waterproof glue, but it does not dry clear, and is not needed as the epoxy seals out all water. Happy building! Jerry
