Peelply is used extensively in building fibreglass aircraft like the Longeze, (a Burt Rutan design). I plan to use it at my sheer lines for taping the hull and deck. It is laminated as the final ply, and when you are ready to add more glass at some later date, you just remove it and continue your layup.
