I WAS A LITTLE VAGUE(in a rum and coke kinda way) about asking whether most builders leave the wire stitching in the hull rather than glue the joints and pull the wires out prior to taping, etc, the interior seams down the chines and keel? I figured the wire would be a little hard on the sandpaper and maybe the odd finger too. Also didn't like using the copper wire that CLC recommended as it tended to break easily when I twisted it; so ended up using #18 gauge stovepipe wire.
