In a thread below someone mentioned that this book was available at the Canadian Recreational Canoe Association's website. It is indeed in their online catalog but when I called them this morning to order a copy they told me it was out of print and that I was the fourth person that has called to order it today.

They will be doing some research to see if they can find any copies and promised to call me if/when they learning anything.

BTW, their website is quite nice and there is an extensive list of books available (most of which I trust are not out of print).
